How do I generate a new report?

Log into the platform and navigate to Reporting in the menu bar.

In the upper right hand corner, click Generate Report and select which type of report you want from the drop down.

Regardless of the report selected, a pop-up will appear prompting you to input the necessary information to run the report.

Once completed, click Generate.

Once complete, your report will appear on the screen and you will have the option to Download it as a .CSV file or .PDF.

How do I see past reports?

Log into the platform and navigate to Reporting in the menu bar.

Click on the Report Log tab.

Using the search bar or filter, you can find all past reports generated by yourself and your team. To view a past report, select View from the Actions column.

Can I download a report?

Yes! You are able to download reports as .CSV files or .PDF files.

Simply navigate to the Report Log tab, find the report you want to download, and select the file type from the Actions column.

Can I email someone a report?

At this time, it is not possible to email a report directly from the platform. You can download it as a .PDF or.CSV file and email it via your email server.
