How do I see my reviews?

Log into the platform and navigate to Review Management.

You will see a dashboard with high-level reporting; your average star rating, sentiment report, and % of answered versus unanswered reviews. This dashboard is collapsible. Right below it, you will see a list of reviews you have received.

Hover over a review in order to see the full text. 

You can use the search bar and filter button to easily sift through reviews. 

How do I know if a review has been responded to or not?

Log into the platform and navigate to Review Management.

When looking at a review, check the Date Replied column. If there is a dash (), it means it has not been replied to yet.

You can also use the Filter, which is located right of the search bar to filter the list to only unanswered reviews.

 

How do I respond to a review(s)?

Log into the platform and navigate to Review Management.

For a Single Location

From your locations list, search and select the location you wish to edit.

Note that you can jump between sections through the left-hand menu.

At any time, you can save this new location as a draft, and finish it at a later time.

Upon completion, you will see a review screen, letting you know if you’re ready to add the location, or if there are errors to fix.

Once your location is ready to be added, select Add Location and you will see a success message letting you know that the new location has been added!

Reply to one review

Find the review you wish to respond to and click the + button, which can be found on the right-hand side.

A pop-up will appear where you can type in your reply. Once you’re done, hit publish!

Reply to multiple reviews

Select the reviews you wish to respond to using the selection column. Then click the Add/ Edit Responses button, right of the search bar. 

This will open a pop-up where you can view all the reviews you selected and an area to type in your response.

Once you’re done, click Publish. This will add this reply to all the selected reviews.

Can I edit a reply?

Yes! Firstly, log into the platform and navigate to Review Management.

Find the review you wish to edit your response for. Right of the Date Responded column, click on the pencil icon.

From there you can edit your reply and then click Update to publish your changes!

How do I manage review notifications?

Log into the platform and navigate to Review Management.

Navigate to the Manage Notifications tab and then toggle the options to customize notifications to suit your needs. Changes will be applied immediately.

Can I export my reviews?

Yes! Firstly, log into the platform and navigate to Review Management.

Select the reviews you want to export (or don’t select any to export all) and click the Export button, right of the search bar. It will automatically begin a .CSV download to your device.
