How do I upload location data?

Log into the platform and navigate to Listings Management > Locations.

Click on the Add Locations button in the upper right corner, next to the search bar.

Next you have two options of how to upload new data.

Manually (Single Location)

NOTE: Manually adding locations can only be done one-by-one. If you wish to add more than one location at a time, you can upload the information via a .CSV file.

You will be prompted to fill in section by section the required information. Ensure that you fill in any sections with an *, as they are required fields.

There are 6 sections to fill, and you can move into the next section by clicking on the Save & Next button in the bottom right hand corner.

Note that you can jump between sections through the left-hand menu.

At any time, you can save this new location as a draft, and finish it at a later time.

Upon completion, you will see a review screen, letting you know if you’re ready to add the location, or if there are errors to fix.

Once your location is ready to be added, select Add Location and you will see a success message letting you know that the new location has been added!

Via .CSV file upload (Single Locations & Bulk Uploads)

NOTE: It is important to properly format your .CSV file to avoid errors. Please follow this template or reach out to your CSM for further details.

Upload your .CSV file by either dragging and dropping into the window, or selecting from your computer.

Click on Upload.

Once uploaded, you will see a success message letting you know that the new locations have been added!

How do I edit location data?

Log into the platform and navigate to Listings Management > Locations.

For a Single Location

From your locations list, search and select the location you wish to edit.

Note that you can jump between sections through the left-hand menu.

At any time, you can save this new location as a draft, and finish it at a later time.

Once your location is ready to be added, select Add Location and you will see a success message letting you know that the new location has been added!

For a Single Location

From your locations list, search and select the location you wish to edit.

The location’s information will be pulled up.

From this screen, you can either click on the Edit Location Data button in the top right hand corner OR click the pencil on any of the location’s information sections.

You will then be able to make the required edits. Click Save Changes to apply edits, or Cancel to keep it the same.

For Multiple Locations

In the upper right-hand corner, next to the search bar, click the Actions button dropdown and select Update Data (Via .CSV File Upload)

Upload your .CSV file by either dragging and dropping it into the window, or selecting from your computer.

Click on Upload.

If the locations match existing ones in the database, a list will appear with the location details and the edits. Click on Push Changes to save the edits or Cancel to keep them the same.

If there are locations that do not match existing ones in the database, a list will appear with the locations to add. Click on Push Changes & Add New Locations to save the edits and upload new locations or Cancel to keep them the same.

How do I export location data?

Log into the platform and navigate to Listings Management > Locations.

Click on the Actions button in the upper right corner, next to the search bar.

In the dropdown, select Export Data.
